NEW WINE Annual Festival

2018 - Present

In this role, I take responsibility for the technical aspects of running a large-scale annual festival for young people. This includes operating live feeds and controlling visual and audio outputs in a venue of around 600 children and 150 volunteers. In 2023 I had been asked to lead the tech team which is something I have never done before.

This was a great learning experience for me as it taught me endless amounts of skills from managing and training a team, time management and handling pressure. Although it was my first time heading up the team, I was very happy with how it ran and have been asked to run the team again in 2024.
