Thomas Foster
My name is Thomas Foster and I'm currently studying at the University of Chichester studying Esports.
Esports has been a big part of my life for some time, I have always loved play video games and really enjoyed the competitive side of them which is what lead me to the world of Esports.
This competitiveness has shaped who I am as a person and I'm always trying to be the best.

2019 Work experience
DELL EMC
During my time at Dell I shadowed the majority of departments, gaining experience in areas such as HR, Marketing and Finance. I also developed and pitched a new 'Alien ware' gaming PC to industry professionals.
2018 - Present
NEW WINE Annual Festival
In this role, I take responsibility for the technical aspects of running a large-scale annual festival for young people. This includes operating live feeds and controlling visual and audio outputs in a venue of around 600 children and 150 volunteers. However this year (2023) I have been asked to lead the tech team which is something I have never done before.

Berkshire college of Agriculture (BCA)
At collage I studied Level 3 Extended diploma in Business studies. In this course I studied topics such as personal and business finance, Managing and event, international business, The English legal system and Digital marketing just to name a few achieving D*,D*,D.
2022 to present
University of Chichester
Currently studying BA (hons) Esports my first year consisted of studying the history and context of Esports, Ethics and codes of conduct, Skills development, Media production and Sports Science: flow state.
